  1. Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the store premises at all times.
  2. Conduct routine patrols and surveillance to identify any potential security risks or threats.
  3. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to prevent theft and fraud.
  4. Investigate and report any suspicious or criminal activities to the appropriate authorities.
  5. Work closely with store management and team members to identify and address any security concerns.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any security-related inquiries or concerns.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews of security systems and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  8. Train and educate store employees on loss prevention strategies and techniques.
  9. Utilize surveillance cameras and other security equipment to monitor the store and identify any unusual or suspicious activity.
  10. Collaborate with law enforcement and legal authorities as needed.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and investigations.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve loss prevention efforts.
  13. Ensure all security equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  14. Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
  15. Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while representing the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques: A Candidate For This Position Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Such As Cctv Monitoring, Inventory Control, And Risk Assessment.

  • Previous Experience In Loss Prevention: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In A Loss Prevention Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Loss Prevention Procedures And Their Ability To Handle Various Security Situations.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Loss Prevention Service Specialist, The Candidate Will Need To Communicate Effectively With Both Customers And Store Employees. This Requires Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.

  • Attention To Detail: The Role Of A Loss Prevention Service Specialist Requires A Keen Eye For Detail. The Candidate Should Be Able To Identify Potential Theft Or Loss, And Be Able To Document And Report Any Incidents Accurately.

  • Ability To Work Independently: This Position Requires The Candidate To Work Independently, Often In The Early Morning Or Late Evening When The Store Is Closed. Candidates Should Be Self-Motivated And Able To Prioritize Tasks Effectively Without Direct Supervision.
