Loss Prevention Supervisor

6. Investigate and document any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
7. Collaborate with store management and local law enforcement to address and resolve any security concerns.
8. Maintain accurate records and reports of all loss prevention activities.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, developments, and best practices related to loss prevention.
10. Provide regular updates and reports to upper management on the effectiveness of loss prevention strategies.
11. Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring of new loss prevention team members.
12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the loss prevention team.
13. Handle any escalated customer or team member concerns related to loss prevention.
14. Ensure all loss prevention equipment and tools are properly maintained and functional.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws related to loss prevention.
