  1. Greeting and welcoming customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Providing excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  3. Assisting customers in finding products and making recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  4. Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and merchandise, and arranging displays.
  5. Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Understanding and promoting current sales and promotions to customers.
  7. Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  8. Continuously developing product knowledge to effectively assist customers and make informed recommendations.
  9. Proactively addressing and resolving any customer complaints or issues.
  10. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.
  11. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and safety.
  12. Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork and communication within the sales team.
  13. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
