- Maintain a well-organized stockroom to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
- Process incoming merchandise shipments and accurately replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for customers.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and tagged for easy identification.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating merchandise and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Follow all company policies and procedures for stockroom operations and safety.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding any stockroom issues or concerns.
- Continuously strive to improve stockroom processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
- Adhere to all loss prevention guidelines to prevent theft and maintain store security.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Prior Experience In Stockroom Operations Or Retail Inventory Management
