  1. Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure merchandise is easily accessible for customers and employees.
  2. Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or low stock to management.
  4. Utilize proper lifting and safety techniques when handling merchandise.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  6. Assist with restocking the sales floor and maintaining visual presentation standards.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety and company policies.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting and assisting customers with questions and concerns.
  9. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in stockroom operations.
  10. Complete all tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  11. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for handling merchandise and customer transactions.
  12. Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: A Stockroom Operations Associate At Kohl's Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Stockroom Or Inventory Management Role.
