  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  3. Lead a team of store support associates by setting clear expectations, providing guidance and support, and promoting a positive work culture.
  4. Train new store support associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  5. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure availability of products for customers.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any customer or operational issues that may arise.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized store by overseeing the stocking, cleaning, and restocking of merchandise.
  8. Collaborate with other store leaders to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to store support associates.
  10. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  11. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers and train team members.
  12. Uphold and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
  13. Maintain accurate records and reports related to store support activities.
  14. Assist in the hiring and onboarding process for new store support associates.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
