Continuous Improvement Coordinator
The position is also responsible for leading and deploying the best practices in the manufacturing organization by taking initiative to support continuous improvement in various manufacturing processes by reducing costs and improving the flow of material as well as setting up cycle times. Leads, facilitates, executes and manages projects to reduce the costs significantly by implementing Lean, and problem solving methodologies. Prioritizes improvement opportunities based upon tactical planning objectives such as SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) Plans, schedules, prepare progress reports, open item listing, cost savings validation on all Kaizen events.
Lean Manufacturing experience is preferred
Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree with 10 years experience in manufacturing is preferred.
