Kohler Co. is seeking a highly-skilled Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy to join our dedicated team. This role is critical to driving our revenue growth initiatives and requires an individual with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities to achieve our financial objectives. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong strategic mindset, sound business acumen, and the capacity to think creatively and innovatively.The Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy will be a key member of the leadership team and have the opportunity to drive our revenue growth by creating and executing strategies to expand our market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will also possess strong communication skills and a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies that achieve revenue growth. Qualifications for the Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy include: a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; a minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field; deep understanding of the company’s business objectives; experience developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth; excellent project management and organizational skills; and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy:

  1. Identify and leverage opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve company financial objectives.
  2. Create and execute strategies to expand company market share.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth.
  4. Manage projects and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization.
  5. Communicate effectively with all members of the leadership team.
  6. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue objectives.
  7. Research, analyze, and evaluate trends in the industry and market.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations to inform stakeholders of progress and successes.
  9. Participate in strategic planning and forecasting activities.
  10. Work with other departments to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
