  1. Monitor and analyze resource utilization across the firm to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to understand project requirements and resource needs.
  3. Develop and maintain resource allocation plans to ensure that project teams have the necessary resources to meet project deadlines.
  4. Coordinate with other functional teams to ensure alignment of resource management processes and procedures.
  5. Communicate with firm leadership and project stakeholders to provide regular updates on resource utilization and potential issues.
  6. Identify and implement strategies to improve resource allocation and utilization, including managing conflicts and competing priorities.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resource allocation and utilization data.
  8. Support the onboarding and training of new team members on resource management processes and tools.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in resource management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with the finance team to track and report on resource costs and budget management.
  11. Assist in the development and implementation of resource management policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with team members and stakeholders across the firm.
  13. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively seek opportunities to add value to the resource management function.
  14. Act as a mentor to junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  15. Strive for continuous personal and professional development to grow and excel in the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Functional Resource Management Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Resource Allocation And Capacity Planning.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Familiarity With Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Scrum.
