  1. Conducting Legal Research: The Associate General Counsel - Litigation will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research on various cases and legal matters to provide strategic advice and support to the firm.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School And Admission To Practice Law In At Least One State.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Litigation, Preferably In A Law Firm Or Corporate Legal Department.

  • Strong Understanding Of Corporate And Commercial Litigation, Including Contract Disputes, Intellectual Property, And Regulatory Matters.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Resolving Complex Legal Issues And Cases.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Parties.
