- Manage and coordinate global mobility programs for clients, including cross-border transfers, expatriate assignments, and short-term assignments.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on global mobility trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor on global mobility matters.
- Prepare and review global mobility policies, contracts, and assignment letters for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, such as tax and immigration, to provide comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the assignment process, including visa applications, tax planning, and relocation logistics.
- Conduct pre-assignment and post-assignment briefings for assignees and their families to ensure a smooth transition.
- Monitor and track assignment timelines, expenses, and budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely completion.
- Assist with the development and delivery of global mobility training programs for clients and internal teams.
- Proactively identify potential issues or challenges and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to global mobility assignments.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties or projects related to global mobility as assigned by the supervisor.
- Act as a brand ambassador for KPMG by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and excellence in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business, International Relations, Human Resources Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Global Mobility, International Assignment Management Or Expatriate Services
Knowledge Of Global Mobility Trends, Policies, And Best Practices
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders Across Different Cultures And Time Zones.
