Job Description

KPMG is looking for a motivated and highly-organized individual to join our International Tax team as an Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and utilize your knowledge and experience in international tax law and practice. Your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills will be critical in developing solutions to complex tax issues for our clients.We require a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, plus at least two years of experience in international tax. A Master’s degree in taxation or a JD/LLM in taxation is preferred. We are looking for someone with a passion for international tax, an eye for detail, and a drive to provide the highest quality work for our clients. If you have these qualities, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and utilize knowledge and experience in international tax law and practice.
  2. Provide solutions to complex tax issues for clients.
  3. Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  4. Conduct research and analysis on international tax matters.
  5. Prepare and review international tax documents for accuracy and completeness.
  6. Advise clients on tax compliance and planning strategies.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international tax law.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate client tax liabilities.
  9. Monitor changes in international tax regulations and update clients accordingly.
  10. Collaborate with other members of the international tax team on client projects.
