- Manage tax billing processes for international clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information and documents for tax billing.
- Stay up-to-date on tax regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance in all billing processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Maintain organized records of billing activities and client information.
- Analyze and reconcile billing data to ensure accuracy.
- Work closely with other team members to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide high-quality work and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure smooth and accurate billing processes.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline billing processes.
- Keep confidential client information secure and adhere to all data privacy regulations.
- Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
- Attend training and conferences to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing KPMG to clients and partners.
- Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Tax Preparation Or Accounting, Preferably In Global Mobility Services.
Strong Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations, Particularly In Relation To International Tax And Global Mobility.
Experience With Tax Software, Such As Thomson Reuters Or Cch.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Well In A Team And With Clients From Diverse Backgrounds.
