- Develop and implement a data-driven approach to talent and culture strategies within the organization.
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of talent and culture insights.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of talent and culture data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, leadership, and other teams, to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement data collection processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of talent and culture data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate key talent and culture metrics to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data analysis and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent and culture data analytics to continuously improve and innovate our approach.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by leveraging data insights to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure access to the latest technologies and tools for data analysis.
- Train and educate team members and other employees on data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to ensure the confidentiality and protection of sensitive talent and culture data.
Strong Understanding Of Data Analytics And Talent Management: A Director Of Talent & Culture Data Solutions At Kpmg Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Data Analytics And Its Application To Talent Management. This Includes Knowledge Of Data Collection, Analysis, And Reporting Techniques, As Well As A Solid Understanding Of Talent Management Strategies.
Advanced Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Advanced Technical Skills In Data Management And Analysis Tools, Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Visualization And Dashboard Creation, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Data Privacy And Security Protocols.
Leadership And Project Management Experience: As A Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading Teams And Managing Projects To Deliver Data Solutions For Kpmg's Talent And Culture Initiatives. Therefore, They Should Have Proven Experience In Leadership And Project Management, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Different Teams And Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Hr And Talent Management Trends: The Director Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Current Hr And Talent Management Trends, Especially Related To Data-Driven Decision Making. This Includes Knowledge Of Diversity And Inclusion, Employee Engagement, And Performance Management Strategies, And How Data Can Be Used To Support These Areas.
Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking: The Director Should Possess Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Think Strategically. They Should Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Leveraging Data To Drive Business Outcomes, And Have A Track Record Of Success In Developing And Implementing Data-Driven Talent Strategies. Additionally, They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Kpmg's Business And Culture To Effectively Align Data Solutions With Organizational Goals.
