  1. Oversee all aspects of payroll operations for the company, including processing payroll, managing employee data, and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  3. Develop and maintain effective payroll processes and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  4. Work closely with HR and finance departments to provide accurate and timely payroll data and reports.
  5. Manage a team of payroll specialists and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in payroll management to continuously improve processes and ensure compliance.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees or other departments.
  8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement new payroll systems or processes.
  9. Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  10. Communicate effectively with employees to answer any questions or concerns regarding payroll.
  11. Participate in the performance evaluation process for payroll team members.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of all payroll-related information.
  14. Manage relationships with third-party payroll vendors.
  15. Adhere to strict deadlines and ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
  16. Provide regular updates and reports to upper management on payroll operations and compliance.
  17. Act as a subject matter expert on Workday payroll systems and processes.
  18. Continuously seek ways to improve the employee experience related to payroll processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Workday Payroll: The Ideal Candidate For A Manager, Workday Payroll Job At Kpmg Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience Working With Workday Payroll, Including Implementation And Maintenance.
