Job Description

KPMG is looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to join our team and help lead the way in developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in the Power Platform, with a passion for problem solving and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to bring order and structure to projects. We’re looking for someone who can be a leader on the team – someone who can identify opportunities, create innovative solutions and lead the team to success.To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of developing Power Platform solutions. You should also have experience leading teams and developing and delivering complex projects. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving and customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical expertise in the Power Platform to develop innovative solutions.
  2. Lead teams in developing and delivering complex projects.
  3. Identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  4. Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project completion.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Power Platform solutions.
  7. Monitor project progress and adjust as needed.
  8. Provide customer service and support for users.
  9. Develop and implement best practices.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
