As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and global client base, providing strategic solutions and advice on international assignment and immigration matters.   1. Provide strategic solutions and advice to clients on international assignment and immigration matters.
  2. Conduct research and stay updated on global mobility and tax regulations.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  4. Manage projects and deliver high-quality work within given timelines.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  6. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative approaches to improve processes and services.
  7. Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  8. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and colleagues on key global mobility topics.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  10. Represent KPMG and uphold the firm's values and standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the Global Mobility Services team's services and offerings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Tax Laws And Regulations.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Global Mobility Services, Preferably Within A Big Four Accounting Firm.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Clients And Colleagues From Diverse Backgrounds.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Coordinating Complex Global Mobility Projects, With The Ability To Deliver High-Quality Results Within Tight Deadlines.
