  1. Utilize expertise in Salesforce to support and implement solutions for healthcare organizations.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop Salesforce strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
  3. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Salesforce technology to provide innovative solutions.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  5. Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific client requirements.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  7. Provide training and support to clients on the use of Salesforce and its features.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Salesforce.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze Salesforce performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce In A Healthcare Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Its Unique Challenges.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Salesforce Products And Solutions, Including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, And Health Cloud, As Well As Experience With Salesforce Integrations And Customizations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Salesforce Implementation Projects, Including Project Planning, Stakeholder Management, And Budgeting.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Salesforce Certifications, Such As Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, And/Or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service/Health Cloud Consultant, Are Preferred.
