- Conduct thorough risk assessments on third party relationships for our clients, including evaluating potential risks and identifying any red flags.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes for our clients, in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to effectively communicate risk management strategies and findings.
- Analyze and interpret third party contracts and agreements to identify potential risk areas and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to third party risk management and incorporate them into our processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in risk management practices across the organization.
- Conduct trainings and presentations to educate clients and internal teams on third party risk management best practices.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management strategies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues that may arise in third party relationships.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to third party risk management.
- Keep accurate and organized records of all risk assessments and findings.
- Represent KPMG in a professional manner and maintain a positive relationship with clients at all times.
Extensive Experience In Risk Management: A Senior Associate At Kpmg Must Have A Strong Background In Risk Management, With A Deep Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices.
Knowledge Of Third Party Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Third Party Risk Management Principles And Frameworks, Such As Iso 27001 And Nist Cybersecurity Framework.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Associate, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Communicate Effectively With Clients, Team Members, And Stakeholders. This Requires Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build Strong Relationships.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Will Involve Analyzing Complex Data And Identifying Potential Risks Within Third Party Relationships. A Senior Associate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Assess And Manage Risks.
