- Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on aircraft electrical systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of components.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure all electrical systems are functioning properly.
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize aircraft downtime.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed and report any discrepancies or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of electrical components and equipment to ensure an adequate supply for ongoing maintenance and repairs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects and ensure timely completion.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in aircraft electrical systems to continually improve skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with pilots and other personnel to understand and address any electrical issues or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all aircraft.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in aircraft electrical systems.

Faa Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Valid Faa Airframe And Powerplant (A&P) License, As Well As An Faa Inspection Authorization (Ia) To Perform Maintenance On Aircraft.
Technical Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of Aircraft Electrical Systems And Avionics Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Aircraft Electrical Systems And Components.
Experience: L3Harris Corporation Requires A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Maintenance, Preferably With Experience In Troubleshooting And Repairing Military Aircraft.
Attention To Detail: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Attention To Detail And Be Able To Follow Technical Manuals And Safety Procedures Accurately. This Is Critical For Ensuring The Safety And Reliability Of Aircraft Systems.
