Associate, Diversity & Inclusion

Build deep relationships with leaders across the organization and all human resources stakeholders to identify and elevate diversity, equity and inclusion work being done. Assist in coaching and partnering on diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities.This role will be a strategic part of the Communication Systems HR team. Under moderate supervision, this role will help to execute objectives and initiatives set by the CS Diversity Committee and/or Operational Team. Establish and use key diversity and inclusion metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and adapt as necessary. Assist in creating and/or identifying strategies for the Communication Systems segment to achieve diversity metrics and targets.
