- Lead and manage a team of operations personnel to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase efficiency in the manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions to meet or exceed production goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in operations management practices.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance in operations processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in operations management.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the manufacturing processes.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on operations performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Operations Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In A High-Tech Or Defense Industry
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of Professionals
Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, And Quality Control Processes
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Strategic Decisions And Drive Process Improvements.
