Director, Communications

This individual will lead the segment Internal Communications team in informing and engaging L3Harris Space and Airborne Systems employees and leaders across operating locations worldwide. Develops and directs integrated communications strategies that engage L3Harris employees and support cross-functional corporate initiatives. Leads Space and Airborne Systems Internal Communications team, develops and grows a geographically dispersed team to deliver high-caliber communications content and campaigns. Establishes and executes a comprehensive cadence of employee communications for the business segment. Supports employee engagement, change management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Builds partnerships with key internal stakeholders, collaborating across teams and locations to share information, robust communications standard work and best practices. Provides counsel on issues management and crisis scenarios as they arise.
