9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
10. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
11. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure compliance and alignment of HR policies and procedures.
12. Represent the company in external HR-related events and initiatives to promote the company's employer brand.
13. Handle any other HR-related duties and responsibilities as needed.
