- Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the company's human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address HR needs and challenges, and provide recommendations for solutions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with applicable laws and regulations and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Manage and maintain employee data and records, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and career development.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of HR metrics and data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure compliance and alignment of HR policies and procedures.
- Represent the company in external HR-related events and initiatives to promote the company's employer brand.
- Handle any other HR-related duties and responsibilities as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Leadership And Strategic Planning.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Proven Experience In Managing A Diverse Team And Fostering A Positive Work Culture.
Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Hr Policies, Procedures, And Initiatives That Align With Business Objectives.
