- Develop and implement human resources strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of human resources professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of equity and belonging.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address key talent and organizational development needs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
- Manage labor relations, including contract negotiations and maintaining positive relationships with unions.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in human resources and labor relations.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall success of the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and employees on a variety of HR-related topics.
- Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in handling all employee information.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices, With Experience In Managing Labor Relations And Negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Effective Hr Strategies, Policies, And Programs To Support A Diverse Workforce And Drive Employee Engagement.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Employees, Management, Unions, And External Partners.
