Manage engineering lab day-to-day operations including lab organization, lab space access and security, and safety protocols. Ensure employee adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality requirements as needed to maintain compliance with lab certifications and local requirements. Analyze and communicate lab related issues and recommend next steps in lab tools and infrastructure. Perform planning for new lab locations and spaces accounting for program growth budgeting.
