- Assist with various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training and development.
- Work alongside experienced HR professionals to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in the field.
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Participate in onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Assist with employee relations by responding to inquiries and providing support for HR-related issues.
- Help with organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.

Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Knowledge Of Hr Principles, Practices, And Laws, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Hris Systems.
Previous Internship Or Work Experience In Hr Is Preferred.
