Bachelor's Degree In Materials Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Material Process Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.
Expertise In Material Characterization, Failure Analysis, And Process Improvement.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Design For Manufacturing (Dfm) Principles.
Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
