
Talent Acquisition Sourcer
This position is responsible for the sourcing and placement of new hire exempt and nonexempt employees for the Communication Systems market segment positions. The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients is crucial to success in this position. Sourcing candidates, outreaching 250 candidates weekly. The entire recruitment cycle including requisition creation/management. Innovative candidate sourcing. Maintaining an organized pipeline of active, viable candidates in each functional area assigned. Facilitation of the screening, interviewing and selection process. Offer negotiations. Ongoing communications with managers and candidates Proactive tracking of progress and all work in our applicant tracking system (PeopleFluent).
A minimum of 8 years of experience
Aerospace & Defense industry experience or recruiting for roles that require a security clearance
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience using PeopleFluent for applicant tracking
Proven ability to technically evaluate/screen candidates
