- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the company culture.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, providing timely and constructive feedback to both parties.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Train and mentor junior recruitment team members to ensure a high level of performance and professionalism.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment process.
- Continuously monitor and improve the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media and employee referrals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Corporate Setting
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Internal Stakeholders
Prior Experience In Managing A Team Of Recruiters And Coordinating Recruitment Efforts Across Multiple Departments Or Locations.
