Verifies and matches purchase order to receipts. Verifies and matches invoices to vendor packing list. Research and resolves disbursement-related issues with vendors. Monitors vendor payments and early discount terms to ensure discount pricing. Prints checks based on appropriate payable due dates. Monitors payables that are job specific (or an unlimited number of jobs) with control over where costs are posted in the general ledger. Processes employee cash advances for company expenditures. Monitor pre-printed checks numbers and signatures.
