Job Description

Establish and drive the content, creative and merchandising strategy to elevate the shopper experience with the objective of growing conversion across our B2B ecommerce business. Lead a team of four, including two creatives and two merchandisers, setting team direction and providing career development mentor. Lead cross-functional relationships with local partners, HQ teams, and Agency partners to build new ways of working that deliver ecommerce-first content and assets. Partner with cross-functional and global teams to guide creation of forward-thinking, ecommerce-ready content and assets that meet e-retailer requirements. Evaluate and prioritize Brief submissions from the marketing team based on return on investment potential and team capacity. Lead test & learns to continually improve performance and keep the LEGO Group at the forefront of new opportunities and trends. Lead vendor relationships, such as Salsify, and optimize current processes to efficiently deliver content and assets.

Job Qualifications
  • 5 years of demonstrated ability in eCommerce working as a content strategist, content manager

  • 3+ years’ experience leading a team and setting business direction

  • In-depth knowledge related to conversation rate optimization and the capability to demonstrate data driven insights

  • Bilingual – Spanish speaking would be nice-to-have, but not required
