Procurement Manager
Give inputs to the legislation requirements and updates, implement it on local level and then execute it. Give recommendations to the targets and drive the execution towards targets achievement. Handle local periodic reconciliations and costs settling (local monthly meetings with TRUVANT Finance). Maintenance and setting of Standard PRICES in the system. Support in involving TRUVANT on the design phase of a product. Local execution and control of Key Performance Indicators for: excess stock (monthly reconciliation and crossflow), obsolete stock (quarterly reconciliation and approval), stock financing fee (annual agreement on the rate). For all local suppliers: lead performance management (delivery, quality, costs, etc.) and setup corrective actions.
3 or plus years of experience participating or leading projects that have a direct impact in the Organization.
5 years’ experience Procurement or Supply Chain areas within a manufacturing environment
Comfortable in presenting complex ideas both in Spanish and English
