Job Description

Lead outcome conversations through a consultative approach, bringing in-depth knowledge of education including current trends, experience working with district administrators, and capabilities in aligning curriculum into key account activity, planning and customer engagement. Create, provide and maintain LEGO education solution offerings and related resources such as curriculum maps, standards alignments, and implementation plans as sales enablement. Present LEGO Education solutions and value proposition to administrators, decision-makers and partners to establish brand leadership in STEAM education. Provide strategic thinking to scale high impact solutions. Drive efficacy agenda in market through monitoring customer implementation journeys in high impact districts.

Job Qualifications
  • 8+ years' experience in K12 education institution or companies, preferably in STEAM education.

  • 5+ years' experience in solution selling, key account management, or sale supporting services.

  • Deep understanding of education and the educational market

  • Experience implementing and managing educator professional development programs

  • Experience using LEGO Education solutions in classrooms
