Job Description

At LendLease, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Director to join our team and help drive our construction projects to success. We are searching for a leader who is passionate about building and can manage complex projects and direct the activities of all department staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. The Construction Director must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to collaborate with all stakeholders. This individual should be able to demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of safety and quality, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
