- Lead and manage a team of aeronautical engineers to deliver high-quality and innovative aerospace systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in the design, development, and production of aeronautical systems.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Mentor and coach team members, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with HR to recruit and onboard new team members as needed.

- Continuously monitor and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

Bachelor's Degree In Aeronautical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Aeronautical Engineering, With At Least 3 Years In A Management Or Leadership Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Aircraft Design, Development, And Testing Processes.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including Experience With Budgeting, Scheduling, And Resource Allocation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
