Data Analytics Program Manager

This position will be a program manager and release train engineer (RTE) within the Lockheed Martin (LM) Chief Data & Analytics Office (LM CDAO), supporting Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS). This position has a matrixed relationship with the RMS Chief Data & Analytics Office (RMS CDAO). Collaborate with peer leaders to understand current and future business needs and advocate for business stakeholders during program planning activities. Manage the RMS Chief Data & Analytics Office’s program of data, analytics, and data science / AI/ML platforms, products, and initiatives. Responsibilities include financial planning, staff planning, program roadmap development, and facilitation of program-level scaled agile ceremonies, such as program increment planning, demand management, customer demos, etc. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement across the RMS Chief Data & Analytics Office.
