  1. Perform financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations.
  3. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  4. Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and report on key financial metrics and trends, highlighting areas for improvement and potential risks.
  6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
  7. Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed insights and recommendations.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial analysis and reporting.
  10. Adhere to company standards and regulations, including GAAP and SOX compliance.
  11. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis.
  12. Train and mentor junior analysts to support their professional development.
  13. Attend meetings and represent the finance team in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Government Contractor

  • Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Make Strategic Recommendations

  • Advanced Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software Programs

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders
