- Design and develop hardware components for GNC systems, including but not limited to sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- Conduct analysis and testing of GNC hardware to ensure functionality, reliability, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GNC hardware with software and other subsystems.
- Provide technical expertise and support in the selection and evaluation of hardware components and vendors.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all GNC hardware designs and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware-related issues during the development and testing phases.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in GNC technology to continuously improve and innovate our systems.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards while designing and testing GNC hardware.
- Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and findings to project managers and team members.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful completion of GNC hardware milestones.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on GNC hardware design and testing best practices.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security protocols.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to clients and stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Designing And Developing Guidance, Navigation, And Control Hardware Systems.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Matlab, And Python.
Experience With Simulation And Modeling Tools Such As Simulink And Ansys.
Strong Understanding Of Hardware Design Principles And Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations.
