  1. Design and implement efficient and effective production processes to maximize productivity and quality standards.
  2. Analyze and evaluate existing production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new production methods and technologies.
  4. Utilize data and statistical analysis to identify and solve production problems and optimize processes.
  5. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  6. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve overall efficiency and reduce waste.
  7. Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
  8. Train and mentor team members on new processes and technologies.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in the design and implementation of production processes.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in production processes and technologies.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to identify and source new equipment and materials.
  12. Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product development and introduction.
  13. Communicate progress and updates to project teams and management.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other departments on production processes and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Proficiency In Industrial Engineering Tools And Software, Such As Process Simulation, Cad, And Erp Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvement Initiatives.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Cost-Saving Measures And Increase Efficiency In Production Processes.
