IT Support Analyst - SharePoint

Manage the creation of the new SharePoint instance. Define, setup, and maintain the layout/folder structure, data content/management, document labeling. Act as a Business Unit Sponsor (BUS). Interface with internal and external program staff to provide access to program data via collaboration tools. Help with external account requests, yearly renewal questions, and access issues. Create and maintain the various collaboration solutions. Successfully respond to user requests for assistance via ServiceNow incidents. Collaborate on architecture upgrades and consolidations. Analyze user requests and incidents to determine level of complexity and the priority. Identify and implement resolutions. Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Many issues are non-standard and require involved research and investigation work. Work under general supervision only. Take general direction and make independent decisions to implement.
