  1. Conduct research and development on metallic materials and processes to support the development of advanced aircraft and spacecraft systems.
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify material and process requirements for various projects.
  3. Design and develop new processes and techniques for the manufacturing and testing of metallic materials.
  4. Conduct analysis and testing of metallic materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for metallic material and process testing.
  6. Troubleshoot and provide technical support for issues related to metallic materials and processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with advancements in metallic materials and processes and incorporate them into the development of new projects.
  8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Materials Science, Metallurgy, Or A Related Engineering Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Testing, Or Process Development.

  • Proficiency In Metallurgical Analysis Techniques, Such As Microscopy, Spectroscopy, And Mechanical Testing.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Metallic Materials, Such As Astm, Asme, And Mil-Spec.
