Job Description

The individual is responsible for Model Based Systems Engineering execution strategy for ADP System Design team. The individual will be required to support multiple large teams (20+ individuals deployed across many ADP efforts) while balancing direct tasking to maintain a roughly 20/80 leadership and technical split. Leadership duties will include development and implementation of MBSE technical approaches and best practices. Coordination with customers and key program stakeholders to develop MBSE implementation strategies in alignment with program/customer goals and LM enterprise vision for digital transformation. Development and execution of MBSE implementation strategies must be scalable for programs of varying sizes.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of tactical fighter aircraft design and operations as well as experience leading a team is desired

  • Previous system design experience is preferred

  • Knowledge of object-oriented concepts and the use of the UML, DoDAF, UAF and SYSML is desired.

  • Experience in Systems Design and Requirements
