- Analyze procurement and logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable and efficient supply chain operations.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as disruptions or delays.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and supplier performance to make informed procurement decisions.
- Create and maintain procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and production, to ensure alignment and efficient processes.
- Provide regular reports and updates on procurement and logistics performance to management.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to procurement and logistics.
- Participate in supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Train and mentor junior procurement and logistics team members.
- Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to procurement and logistics.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Procurement, Logistics, Or Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
Knowledge Of Government Regulations And Compliance Related To Procurement And Logistics.
