  1. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect critical programs and information.
  2. Conduct security risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all security requirements and regulations.
  4. Monitor and review security measures to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness.
  6. Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches.
  7. Maintain and update security documentation and procedures.
  8. Stay informed about current security threats and trends in order to proactively address potential risks.
  9. Coordinate and support security audits and assessments.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote security best practices.
  11. Serve as a liaison between the company and government agencies or third-party security providers.
  12. Ensure compliance with all security clearance requirements for employees and contractors.
  13. Communicate security policies and procedures to all employees and ensure understanding and adherence.
  14. Manage access control systems and monitor access to secure areas.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive information.
  16. Prepare and present security reports to management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  17. Continuously evaluate and update security measures to adapt to changing threats and technologies.
  18. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the security of joint projects and initiatives.
  19. Conduct background checks and security screenings for personnel.
  20. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to security and confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Computer Science, Information Security, Or Cybersecurity.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Security Or Information Security.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Security Policies And Procedures, Including Classified Information Handling, Risk Management, And Security Clearance Processes.

  • Familiarity With Government Regulations And Requirements Related To Program Security, Such As Nispom, Dod 5205.07, And Icd 705.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Team Members And Interface With Government Agencies And Customers.
