  1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our field operations.
  2. Conduct field operations analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing quality.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards.
  4. Monitor and track quality metrics, and report findings to management.
  5. Identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
  7. Train and educate team members on quality control processes and procedures.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation of quality control procedures and processes.
  9. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline quality control processes.
  10. Proactively identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to quality control.
  12. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure quality control standards are understood and followed.
  14. Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure quality control standards are met.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and uphold the company's reputation for quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Mathematics, Or Statistics.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Quality Control Operations, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Control Principles And Techniques, Including Statistical Process Control And Root Cause Analysis.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data Sets.

  • Experience With Quality Management Systems And Certification, Such As Iso 9001.
