
Senior Manager, S&BD Training & Development

- Develop and implement training strategies and programs to enhance the capabilities of the Sales and Business Development team.
- Evaluate the current training needs of the team and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and learning materials.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and align training initiatives with overall business goals.
- Monitor and track the progress and effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.
- Mentor and coach team members to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Manage the budget for training and development initiatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
- Act as a subject matter expert in training and development, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Lead and motivate a team of training professionals to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of training programs.
- Collaborate with the HR department to integrate training and development initiatives with employee development plans.
- Develop and maintain training metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
- Communicate with senior management to provide updates on training initiatives and progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all training and development activities.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Senior Management Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Training And Development Methodologies, Adult Learning Principles, And Instructional Design.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Training Programs, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Complex Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
