  1. Develop and implement training strategies and programs to enhance the capabilities of the Sales and Business Development team.
  2. Evaluate the current training needs of the team and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Create and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and learning materials.
  4. Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and align training initiatives with overall business goals.
  5. Monitor and track the progress and effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.
  6. Mentor and coach team members to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  8. Manage the budget for training and development initiatives.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert in training and development, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  11. Lead and motivate a team of training professionals to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of training programs.
  12. Collaborate with the HR department to integrate training and development initiatives with employee development plans.
  13. Develop and maintain training metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
  14. Communicate with senior management to provide updates on training initiatives and progress.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all training and development activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Senior Management Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Training And Development Methodologies, Adult Learning Principles, And Instructional Design.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Training Programs, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Complex Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
