Strategic Workforce Initiatives Analyst
Lockheed Martin is seeking an Analyst to join the Strategic Workforce Initiatives team to manage and support the growth of workforce development programs. The right candidate will have a passion for developing talent within the organization and will help to implement the vision and directives of our human capital strategic plan. In doing so, the candidate will be a strong researcher and writer with experience in meeting facilitation and project management.
Minimum of 2 years previous workforce development experience, supporting workforce, human services, government or social impact initiatives
Must enjoy fast pace and challenging/target driven environments
Proven ability to prepare internal stakeholders with analytics and insightful data that aligns to workforce strategy
Knowledge of the national/federal workforce development system and trends
