  1. Develop and execute integration and testing plans for complex systems in accordance with project requirements and timelines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various subsystems and components.
  3. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of system functionality to identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects.
  4. Design and implement test cases and procedures to validate system performance and functionality.
  5. Ensure all testing activities are documented and tracked accurately for future reference.
  6. Perform system verification and validation activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and requirements.
  7. Identify and recommend improvements to system design and testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on integration and testing progress.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the integration and testing process.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in systems integration and testing techniques to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with other engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  13. Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout the integration and testing process.
  14. Mentor and train junior engineers on integration and testing best practices and procedures.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance to identify and address any potential risks or issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Systems Integration And Testing, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of System Integration And Testing Processes, Including Test Planning, Execution, And Reporting.

  • Proficiency In Software Development And Coding Languages, Such As C++, Java, And Python.

  • Experience With Test Automation Tools And Methodologies, Such As Selenium Or Jenkins.
