- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that align with the company's brand and messaging.

- Ensure all video content is visually appealing, engaging, and tells a compelling story.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of videos.
- Manage and maintain all video equipment and assets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and engineering, to ensure video content meets their needs.
- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple video projects simultaneously.
- Research and implement new technologies and techniques to enhance video production.
- Maintain a high level of quality control and attention to detail in all video content produced.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed to assist with video production.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Lockheed Martin, representing the company and its values in all video content.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, while on location shoots.
- Continuously seek feedback and incorporate it into future video projects to improve overall quality.
Bachelor's Degree In Film, Video Production, Or A Related Field.
Extensive Experience In Video Editing And Cinematography, Including Proficiency In Industry-Standard Software Such As Adobe Premiere Pro And Final Cut Pro.
Demonstrated Ability To Work On Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
Experience With On-Location Filming, Including Setting Up And Operating Camera, Lighting, And Sound Equipment.
Strong Understanding Of Storytelling And Visual Composition, With A Portfolio Showcasing A Range Of Video Projects.
